Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing Wrath cinematography. Please review the booking policy below carefully, as it outlines the terms and conditions that apply to all bookings.

• A retainer fee is required to secure and guarantee your booking. No date or service is confirmed until the retainer fee has been received.
• The retainer fee is not an extra charge. It is applied toward and deducted from the total cost of your selected service.
• Retainer fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• While the retainer fee is non-refundable, it may be transferred to: 
  • A rescheduled session (rebooking), subject to availability, or
  • An exchange for another service of equal or greater value.
• Rebooking or service exchange requests must be made within a reasonable time frame and are subject to approval and availability.
• Any difference in price for upgraded services must be paid prior to the new booking date.

• If a client cancels without rebooking or exchanging services, the retainer fee will be forfeited.
• Cancellations made close to the scheduled date may require a new retainer to book a future session.

• The remaining balance (total service cost minus the retainer fee) is due on or before the day of the session, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in cancellation of services without refund.

• Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time without a reduction in price.
• No-shows will result in forfeiture of the retainer fee and may require full payment to rebook.

By submitting a retainer fee or proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this booking policy in full.
